Liveciety Buyer Policy

Liveciety is a marketplace that allows you to browse for and purchase products directly from merchants across the globe. This policy is a part of our Terms of Service. By shopping on Liveciety, you're agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years and older to purchase products on Liveciety. You may be required to provide certain onboarding information prior to making your first purchase on Liveciety. We will use such onboarding information to determine if you are eligible to make a purchase on Liveciety.

2. Liveciety as a marketplace

Liveciety is a marketplace that allows sellers (each a "Seller") to promote and sell products on Liveciety. When you purchase a product on Liveciety, you are purchasing that product directly from a Seller. Liveciety is not a party to your transaction or agreement with Sellers. We do not represent, guarantee, or endorse any products, information, or services provided by Sellers to you.

We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that any content on Liveciety is accurate, complete, or up to date. Where Liveciety contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no visibility or control over the contents on or available through those sites or resources and you acknowledge and agree that we have no liability for any such content. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain on or through them.

3. Sellers' shop policies

Product information including the purchase price for a product is provided by the relevant Seller on the product listing. We do not guarantee the accuracy of such product information. Subject to Liveciety's policies and guidelines including the Liveciety Customer Order Cancellation, Return and Refund Guidelines, each Seller determines their own shop policies including those for cancellations, returns, and refunds. The delivery time will vary depending on the delivery options offered by the Seller, as set out on the Product Detail Page. The logistics for arranging a return of a product and any associated fees will be as you agree with the Seller. You should review the information of the products which you intend to purchase before placing an order on Liveciety.

Sellers are responsible for making sure that any product they sell is fit for purpose and corresponds with the description it provides on the product listing and they are responsible for complying with any refund, replacement or cancellation requests pursuant to their shop policies.

4. Purchases on Liveciety

You understand that when you purchase a product from a Seller on Liveciety, such Seller may appoint an agent (including without limitation a third-party payment service provider) for the sole purpose of collecting amounts due to such Seller. You agree that receipt of funds by such an agent (including without limitation a third-party payment service provider) will be considered receipt of those funds by the Seller.

Please note that when you purchase an item in the US, sales taxes and other taxes and government fees (collectively, the "Taxes and Fees") might be applicable to your purchase, irrespective of the seller's location. Generally, whether the Taxes and Fees apply to your purchases will vary depending on a variety of considerations including, but not limited to, the nature of the item and the ultimate shipping address of your order.

Liveciety is deemed to be a marketplace facilitator for sales facilitated through Liveciety in most U.S. jurisdictions. If you are based in such a jurisdiction, Liveciety will be legally required to calculate, charge, and collect the Taxes and Fees on sales made through Liveciety. Prices advertised on the platform are exclusive of any applicable Taxes and Fees, which will be calculated and charged at checkout.

You understand and agree that, where applicable, you will act as the importer of record of the products purchased by you on Liveciety and imported into the United States. You further agree that you shall, in relation to such importation, comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States. You hereby authorize Liveciety or the Seller, as applicable, to appoint a -third-party agent to handle customs clearance and pay all applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees on your behalf. You also understand and agree that you will be solely responsible for any charges, fines, or similar costs incurred or issued in connection with the importation of such products into the United States.

5. Creating content and reviews

As a Liveciety user you have the opportunity to create reviews about products you purchase on Liveciety.

By posting a review or otherwise creating content on Liveciety about products on Liveciety, you agree that you:

• understand, as stated in Liveciety's Terms of Service, that Liveciety has a license to use any content you provide to Liveciety (including the content of your reviews);
• will only post reviews that are accurate and that reflect your genuinely held views about a product;
• will not post anything false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, offensive, illegal, or defamatory as part of a review of a product;
• will not post or solicit shill reviews, trade reviews, or otherwise do anything to undermine the integrity of reviews on Liveciety;
• will not violate the Liveciety Prohibited Products Guidelines.

We reserve the right to remove your comments, and reviews, that violate our policies or Terms of Service.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Your purchases on Liveciety are subject to Liveciety's and Sellers' cancellation and return policies. It is your responsibility to review such policies in our Buyer Help Center and the product detail pages of the products you are purchasing.

You understand that inaccuracies or errors with respect to pricing, availability, or other product information might occur from time to time. You agree that in the event of such inaccuracies or errors relating to your order, Liveciety or Sellers may reject or cancel your order with no further obligations to you, except that you will receive a full refund if you have already paid for the cancelled order.

Liveciety may also cancel any orders or block any return requests from you if Liveciety, in its sole discretion, determines or suspects that such orders or return requests are fraudulent.

7. Reporting a Problem

If you have a complaint relating to a product, you should contact the Seller directly. You may also reach out to our customer service team at Support@Liveciety.com. Liveciety may facilitate communications between you and the Seller, but we have no obligation to do so and Liveciety is not a party to any dispute between you and Sellers.

8. Suspension and Termination

If we know or reasonably suspect that you are in material or persistent breach of this Liveciety Buyer Policy or are engaged in fraud, we may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your buyer account or impose limits on or restrict your access to Liveciety, or other parts or all of the Liveciety services, in accordance with the Liveciety Terms of Service.

Information About You and Your Privacy

Please note that Sellers are independent controllers of the data that they collect about you via Liveciety, and Liveciety is not responsible for their compliance with applicable law.
